Dance career started at DANZON in 2002.
Trained by DANZON to achieve an Associate Degrees in Smooth and Rhythm from the USISTD (Highly Commended), 2007
Innovative teaching style, with a focus on individual student development and modern, detail-driven technique
Teaching competitive Rhythm & Smooth (American Style), Latin & Standard (International Style), Street Latin, social dancing and wedding dances since 2002.
Taught for four years (2008-2012) at a highly competitive, independent studio in the USA, which regularly won Top Studio awards at large, independent competitions
Competed professionally and with her students (Pro-Am) at many major competitions, including the biggest American Style Competition in the world - the Ohio Star Ball.
Received regular coaching and mentoring by US Champions Daryll and Gunnar Sverrisson
Received Pro and Pro-am coaching from world-class judges, coaches, and competitors, including World Champions such as Jean-Marc Genereux (SYTYCD), Jose Decamps (7 time world Rhythm champion), Mazen Hamza (Current top 3 Smooth competitor in the world)
Top Teacher Awards at Dancing A La Carte (US competition)
Featured on US television FOX 40 dancing with anchorman Paul Mueller for a Dancing with the Stars style charity event.
Performing at events around Canberra such as the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence, Stomp, Latin Fusion, etc.
Guest Performer at ASDAC - The Outback Crown competition in Australia 2012.
Winner of the ASDAC Professional 6 Dance Crwon 2014 with Tom Kenchington.
